Imagine being the owner of an exclusive shoe shop, very popular with the ladies of the district with a constant stream of chatty clientele who love your shop and you, although they don’t seem to be buying quite as much as they used too. You work long hours, have a couple of days/year away on buying trips and no time for the paperwork, you try and make sure you pay the bills as they come in and just keep putting them in a pile on a shelf in the corner along with all the other paperwork that keeps on arriving that comes with running a business.

You pray for a miracle to help you deal with it all and one day in walks a well dressed lady, local business owner of Forman’s’ Business Services who you know slightly and who is looking for a pair of shoes to go with an outfit for an upcoming function in town. You know you have just the thing and she follows you down the back of the shop and as you’re about to hand her the shoes to try on she asks you about the piles of paper. You blush and wish the floor would swallow you up, (but of course it doesn’t) and instead you find yourself speaking to the most understanding and helpful woman anyone could ever wish to meet, and you discover she loves clearing peoples too hard basket and helping them to get organised, she gets excited balancing books and she’s excellent at putting procedure’s in place to make life easy for time poor business owners to manage their paperwork and keep up with the laws and legislation relating to compliance so they are never late lodging a form again.

Tentatively you engage Lucia, suddenly you have time to better organise your stock, customers are drawn to your window displays which now changes almost daily, turnover increases, your customers tell their friends about your expanded range of shoes (which hasn’t expanded at all, you’ve just found time to better display and rotate your stock). You no longer find your over ordering because even though you have to place orders 18 months in advance you’re no longer over ordering and struggling to return unwanted stock, best of all Lucia discovers you’ve overpaid one supplier $6000.00 and negotiates an immediate refund!
